Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. If more than 24 hours have passed, your order cannot be canceled, as it may have already shipped. However, you can return your order once it arrives.

Return and Exchange Policy: We gladly accept returns or exchanges on unused and unopened products within 8 business days from the delivery date. Please note that opened or damaged items may be denied a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, we have encountered several situations in the past where some customers made purchases to gain event access but requested refunds after the event concluded. To ensure fairness for all our customers, we have implemented this policy:

 

No refunds will be issued for any products purchased between the sales date and the winners' selection date after a winner has been announced. If you have any issues or wish to request a refund, please do so between the sales date and before the selection of winners' date. Please refer to official rule's page for further information.
