Order Cancellations:

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Once 24 hours have passed, orders cannot be canceled as they may have already entered processing or shipment.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns or exchanges on unused, unopened, and unaltered products within 8 business days of the delivery date. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact us prior to returning any items by emailing pzyllc@gmail.com. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

 

Final Sale Items:

All items purchased during sales, promotions, discounts, giveaways, or special events are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

 

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow several business days for processing.

 

Non-Refundable Items: We do not offer refunds for:

• Products that have been opened or used

• Products that did not meet personal expectations

• Items damaged due to misuse

• Sale or promotional items
