SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing:
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During sales, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Rates & Availability:
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Free shipping is offered on orders of $80 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

Carrier Delays:
PZY Beauty Skincare is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages: Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, PZY Beauty Skincare is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please contact the carrier directly for further assistance.

Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
