4. Shipping

Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. PZY Beauty Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, PZY Beauty Skincare is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing packages. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct and that the delivery location is safe and secure.

Any delivery issues after a package is marked as delivered must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on unused and unopened products within 8 business days from the delivery date.

• Products that are opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or exchange

• No refunds or exchanges are accepted during sale or promotional periods

• We do not offer refunds for products that did not meet personal expectations or did not work for individual use

• Orders are not eligible for return or exchange if the customer failed to review product information, descriptions, ingredients, or expiration dates prior to purchase

All sale, promotional, discounted, or giveaway items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
